Karoly is a certified petroleum engineer with over four decades of international experience in the oil, gas, and geothermal energy sectors. Holding the highest professional qualifications and extensive field experience, he has served as a Drilling Engineer, Rig Manager, General Manager, Drilling Superintendent, Drilling Manager, and Drilling Advisor across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, working with various drilling contractors and oil companies. He is dedicated to technical excellence, safety, and performance across all UEC projects.
